Kingsley Turner
Director
Originating from the South Island, Kingsley Turner completed an LLB at Canterbury University before embarking on a career in finance with Marac Finance. Lending management roles in Auckland, with several NZ bank and non-bank lenders followed, before he established GTF Capital in 2000. With GTF Capital, Kingsley set-up and ran various lending businesses and structured funding for a wide range of property projects and investments. Following the sale of GTF Capital, Kingsley began Property Finance NZ and also owns Dunstan Securities Ltd, which has been an active private lender to property investors and developers for the last 12 years.
Kingsley is married with two children working in NZ. He lives in Auckland enjoying all that it has to offer, but still makes time to regularly head back to the South Island for some skiing, mountain biking and shooting.
Ian Laywood
Director
In the late 1970’s Ian Laywood began his banking and finance career with The National Bank of New Zealand, thereafter spending over forty plus years working for several financial services companies. Ian specialises in construction and development finance and has advised on many projects throughout New Zealand including commercial, retail, apartment, multi-unit residential, subdivisions and mixed-use hotel projects. Ian has acquired a vast and diverse amount of experience sourcing finance for clients from trading banks, non-bank, and international non-bank lenders for both small and large development projects.
Ian is married with two grown up children and four grandchildren. He enjoys motorcycle adventure touring, and cycling.
